New Students

 

Admission Requirements for new students
    Grades 1 through 8

• (Grade 1) Must be 6 years old by September 1 (Arizona law)
• Submit copy of birth certificate
• Provide Sacramental Certificates
• Submit copy of report card and
• Submit copy of standardized test results
• Submit a letter of recommendation from present teacher
• Interview with Principal
• Provide documents for proof of immunization
